I had the unique pleasure of using United Trust Credit to establish my business affairs. Before I contacted UTC, I had a newly formed single member LLC. I wasn't sure if I had the right setup for my business considering there was a very large contract my company was in position to get. I talked to several attorneys and accountants and they all told me the same thing... I would have to pay taxes on the money my business made.
